Established since 1996 Maizis Martial Arts Academy proudly serves communities including  Stayner, Creemore, Collingwood, Thornbury, Meaford, New Lowell, Angus, and Barrie.

 

The emphasis of our program is self-discipline, self-control, self-defence, and courtesy.

 

The structure of respect is built into our martial arts programs.  It is a great way to develop increased coordination and flexibility.  Programs are available for both adults and children regardless of physical capability.
