Maizis Martial Arts Academy serves communities including Collingwood, Stayner, Creemore, Barrie, Angus and New Lowell.
The emphasis of our program is on establishing self-discipline and courtesy.
The structure of respect is built into our karate program. It is a great way to burn off energy and develop increased coordination and flexibility. Programs are available for both children and adults regardless of physical capability.
We have been established since 1996 and continue to be an active community member sponsoring recreational sports teams and more.

At Maizis Martial Arts Academy we are proud to offer a variety of programs including karate, kickboxing, tai chi, weapons, after school karate, personal training and specialty programs. We are also available to come to you to teach seminars and courses on self-defense, competition techniques, kempo karate and motivation.
